







Ok, so this isn't the prettiest subject to talk about but the

We are all exposed to toxins whether they are
environmental, in the foods we eat, or medicines we
take.
How well these are expelled from our bodies has more
to do with the health of our liver than anything else.
But sometimes things get backed up, or we've

symptoms include feeling bloated, tired, and

These are times when your body is filled with
