A healthy diet requires your body to burn up and flush out all of the "bad stuff". Staying well hydrated will help your body recover faster.

Step 3: Plan some time each day to do some exercise. This can be something as simple as going for a walk after lunch or dinner. If you have a dog, he/she will love to show you around the block!
