Step 1: One of the most important keys to starting
a weight loss program is believing in yourself!
When you're overweight, chances are your
self-esteem is at an all time low. So remind
yourself that you are beautiful, and you're going to
begin a new diet for you, not for anyone else. This
is to help you feel better both inside and out. You
CAN do it!
Step 2: Drink plenty of water!
A healthy diet requires your body to burn up and
flush out all of the "bad stuff". Staying well hydrated
will help your body recover faster.
Step 3: Plan some time each day to do some
exercise. This can be something as simple as
going for a walk after lunch or dinner. If you have a
dog, he/she will love to show you around the block!
